Meet the Founder

From protein chemist to healthcare sales and marketing executive to veterinary M&A director, my career has followed a path defined by curiosity, strategy, and innovation. With experience spanning both human and animal health industries, I’ve spent decades building businesses, leading teams, and identifying unmet needs with the potential to spark real change.

Despite a lifelong love for horses, I didn’t begin riding until my early 50s. It was during those first years in the show ring that I noticed a recurring challenge: parents quietly stressing over the high cost and frequent replacement of youth riding coats. That moment planted a seed, “what if a single coat could grow with the rider?”.

XFLX™ was born from that idea. By merging my professional experience with a personal passion, I set out to create a product that empowers riders and supports families while offering manufacturers and retailers a smart, scalable solution. This is more than a coat. It’s a breakthrough in how we think about fit, function, and the future of equestrian apparel.
